Moment with the Missionary: FRIENDSHIP

In Jesus, sure, we have a savior. But Jesus became our savior because he was first our friend. To achieve oneness with God we must freely give ourselves over to the passion of friendship. We must love our friends as Christ loved us--through vulnerability, self-sacrifice, and an insatiable desire to share our lives and our possessions.
